Overview
Prior to joining private practice, Christian served as in-house litigation counsel for Fidelity National Title, one of the nation’s largest title insurance underwriters. His experience in both private practice and in-house legal operations gives him a comprehensive understanding of real estate and title-related litigation.

Professional Experiences
Christian has extensive experience litigating complex real estate, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes. His practice regularly involves representing lenders, servicers, investors, and financial institutions in foreclosure and title-related matters throughout Florida.
As a former in-house litigation counsel for Fidelity National Title, Christian developed significant experience handling title insurance claims, title defects, curative issues, and real estate disputes. He is also an experienced trial attorney who has secured multiple high six-figure jury verdicts and seven-figure settlements on behalf of his clients.
In addition to litigation, Christian oversees the firm’s real estate closing operations and title-related services as a licensed title agent.
