Daniel Mandel
Founding Partner (Retired)
Daniel has represented lenders, loan servicers, management companies, title agencies, and financial institutions in a wide range of creditor-related matters across Florida. He is also an experienced trial attorney who has litigated hundreds of cases in both state and federal courts and has multiple reported appellate decisions from Florida’s District Courts of Appeal.

Professional Experience
The firm is the successor to Mandel, Manganelli & Leider, P.A., reflecting decades of continued growth and leadership within the creditors’ rights and foreclosure litigation industry.
Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Daniel was also a principal owner of eight title insurance agencies in South Florida, including four InterState Title offices and four Stewart Title offices. His ownership and operational experience in the title insurance industry provided him with substantial practical knowledge in title, escrow, and real estate transactions.
Over the course of his career, Daniel has tried hundreds of matters in state and federal courts and has argued cases resulting in multiple published appellate opinions. He has also served as an expert witness in numerous cases involving bankruptcy and real estate title issues.

Prior to joining private practice, Christian served as in-house litigation counsel for Fidelity National Title, one of the nation’s largest title insurance underwriters. His experience in both private practice and in-house legal operations gives him a comprehensive understanding of real estate and title-related litigation.

Professional Experience
As a former in-house litigation counsel for Fidelity National Title, Christian developed significant experience handling title insurance claims, title defects, curative issues, and real estate disputes. He is also an experienced trial attorney who has secured multiple high six-figure jury verdicts and seven-figure settlements on behalf of his clients.
In addition to litigation, Christian oversees the firm’s real estate closing operations and title-related services as a licensed title agent.
